经尿道腔镜联合耻骨上腹腔镜行膀胱微创取石

The mini-invasive treatment for bladder stones by combining endourological technique with laparoscopical technique

目的:探讨应用经尿道腔镜技术及腹腔镜微创技术治疗膀胱结石的方法。方法:联合应用前列腺汽化电切镜(或尿道膀胱镜)技术及腹腔镜微创技术的方法治疗原发性的膀胱结石和继发于良性前列腺增生、继发于膀胱内导管的膀胱结石。结果:治疗膀胱结石26例,取出结石30多颗,全部治愈。结论:经尿道腔镜技术联合耻骨上行膀胱微创取石,效果良好。

Objective：To study the mini-invasive treatment for bladder stones by combining endourological technique with laparoscopical technique.Methods：The mini-invasive treatment of combined endourological technique with laparoscopical technique was used in BPH patients with bladder stones and the patients only with bladder stones;the patients with bladder-tube planted were founded bladder stones in the bladder or covered on the tubes.Results：26 patients with bladder stones were cured,and 30 stones were removed safely.Conclusion：The mini-invasive treatment for bladder stones by combining endourological technique with laparoscopical technique was safe and reliable.
