应用计算机管理技术,结合专家系统理论和领域知识,通过使用事务处理专家系统开发工具GURU,研制开发了用于合理选择肾移植受者的供受者选配专家系统.该系统能判断患者能否进入移植等待表,选出最合适的移植受者.并详细阐述了该系统在设计、研制开发过程中所涉及和使用的理论、技术和方法.以实现肾移植信息管理的现代化.

A donor-recipient selection and match expert system for renal transplantation has been developed using computer technique combined with theory of expert system and knowledge in this special field and using development tool GURU of general affairs administration expert system. The system can judge who can enter into the waiting-list and select the best suitable transplantation recipient. The present article describes in detail the theory, technique and methods used in designing, investigating and developing the system.
