摘要 目的:总结Peel-away鞘在处理女性输尿管石街及输尿管下段结石中的经验。方法:对ESWL术后输尿管石街形成及输尿管下段结石的15例女性患者,应用输尿管镜在Peel-away鞘辅助下进行取石。结果:所有患者均一次性取尽输尿管内结石,且无输尿管穿孔、狭窄及大出血等并发症发生。结论:在女性患者中采用Peel-away鞘辅助输尿管镜处理输尿管下段结石,可以最大程度地避免由于输尿管镜频繁进出输尿管而引起的损伤,并且缩短手术时间,降低输尿管损伤的风险。 Objective:To sum up the experiences in the treatment of female ureteral steinstrasse or distal ureteral stones by using peel-away sheath during ureteroscopic lithotripsy. Methods:From Aug 2004 to Feb 2005, 15 patients with ureteral steinstrasse or distal ureteral stones were managed with the aid of the peel-away sheath under the ureteroscopy. Results:All cases were stone-free with one procedure, and no complications such as ureter perforation, avulsion, severe bleeding happened. Conclusions:Our preliminary clinical experience using peel-away sheath during ureteroscopic lithotripsy to manage ureteral steinstrasse or distal ureteral stones in female patients can drastically shorten the operative time and avoid ureteral injury.
