摘要
系统地研究了溶胶凝胶法制备钛酸钡纳米粉体时工艺参数对性能的影响,确定了最佳的工艺参数,即当pH值>10、加水量[H2O]:[Ba2+]=40(摩尔比)、煅烧温度=950℃时粉体颗粒尺寸小,粒度均匀、颗粒团聚现象较轻。
The sol-gel process was adopted to fabracate BaTiO3 nanometer powder. The influnces of water addition, pH value and calcinations temperature on structure and grain size of the powder were investigated. Optimum parameter was obtained as pH 〉 10, [ H2O] ： [ Ba^2＋ ] = 40, and calcinations tamperature 950℃.
