城市绿地系统规划布局特色分析——以宿迁、临沂、盐城城市绿地系统规划为例

Planning and Layout Characters of Urban Green Space System--Taking Urban Green Space System Planning of Suqian,Linyi,Yancheng City as Examples

绿地是形成城市特色的重要组成部分,以宿迁、临沂、盐城3个城市为例来分析绿地系统规划强化城市特色的手法,总结为“三步走”。首先对城市资源进行梳理,从空间特征、文化特征、产业结构特征这三个方面来提炼体现城市特色的资源要素;其次从宏观层面(特色资源在绿地系统布局结构层面的体现)对特色资源作整体、全局地调控,使之成为城市的特色骨骼框架;再次详细考虑公园绿地规划中特色资源的分级整合问题。

The green space is an important constituent part of the city, which is helpful in forming different urban characteristics. The three cities, Suqian, Linyi and Yancheng, are taken as an example to analyze how to improve its contribution on molding the city characteristic from aspect of green space system layout. It is summarized as the three-step development strategy. At first, urban resources should be combed and key resources which can reflect the urban characteristics be refined from three facets of space, culture and industrial structure characteristic. The second. characteristic resources should be adjusted and controlled wholly from aspect of macroscopic, then making it become characteristic skeleton frame of the city. At last. how to combine characterislic resources in grades in the step of park green space planning should be considered in detail.
