Marine Disaster and Technical Measures for Its Reduction

海洋灾害是沿海地带不可忽视的自然灾害之一，本文综合分析了气象灾害、风暴潮及海平面上升等灾害的现状及今后的变化趋势，并提出减灾对策。

Marine disaster is one of the natural disasters, which should not be ignored in coastal areas.This paper analyzes comprehensively the current status and future developing trend of meteoro logical disaster,storm surge,and sea level rise, etc.Technical measures for marine disaster reduction are discussed.
