猫脑外伤性持续性植物状态模型制作的实验研究

Experimental study on a model of persistent vegetative state of brain injury in cats

摘要 目的建立闭合性硬脑膜外占位性猫脑损伤后持续性植物状态(PVS)模型,探索其诊断标准。方法将水囊置放硬膜外模拟占位,然后向水囊内注入无菌水直到昏迷,并对动物模型进行评估。结果手术一个月后,有12只猫处于植物状态,动物模型的临床表现、体征等与PVS病人相近。结论本实验制作的PVS动物模型与临床病人相似,是一种比较理想的PVS动物模型。 Objective To establish an animal model of cat persistent vegetative state(PVS) induced by closed brain epidural occupancy trauma for the purpose of investigating the diagnostic standards. Methods The brain injury models of PVS were created by placing an empty vesias outside the duramaters and injected the sterile water into the vesias until the cats become coma. The clinical manifestations and signs of the cats were evaluated. Results After operation, 12 cats came into PVS, the clinical manifestations and signs similar to the patients of PVS. Conclusion The brain injury animal model of PVS established in our experiment accord with the symptoms and signs of clinical PVS patients.
