影响大鼠睡眠脑电图分析结果的相关因素研究 被引量:6

Related factors influencing EEG results of sleeping rats

摘要 目的对影响大鼠皮层脑电图分析结果的相关因素进行研究。方法在控温、控湿、自动光控及电磁屏蔽实验条件下,采用慢性电极埋植技术描记自由活动大鼠皮层脑电图,观察了实验动物体重、性别对大鼠睡眠时间及睡眠时相的影响,并通过给予实验动物安定后脑电图的分析来验证实验结果。结果体重、性别对大鼠总睡眠时间、慢波睡眠Ⅱ期睡眠时间、REM睡眠时间均有显著影响:给予大鼠安定后,睡眠总时间延长,慢波睡眠Ⅱ期总时间缩短、变换次数减少、平均持续时间缩短,快动眼睡眠平均持续时间缩短、变换次数增多、总时间延长,实验结果与文献一致。结论实验动物的性别、体重对大鼠睡眠脑电图描记分析结果有一定的影响。 Objective To standardize the methods of recording and analyzing the sleep electroencephalogram (EEG) of rats and to explore the related factors affecting the EEG results of sleeping rats. Methods Under the conditions of controUing temperature, humidity, light automatically and electromagnetic shielding, the technology of chronic electrode implantation was used to record the cortical EEG in free-moving rats, and to observe the effects caused by gender and weight of the experimental rats on sleep time and sleep phase. After this experimental method was standardized, the different properties between the drug sleep evoked by Diazepam and the physiological sleep were compared to verify the reliability of this experimental method. Results Both gender and weight influenced total sleep time (TST), slow wave sleep Ⅱ (SWS2) time, rapid eye movement sleep (REM) time of rats markedly. Compared with physiological sleep, the drug sleep caused by Diazepam had prolonged TST, shortened total time, mean duration, reduced frequency of SWS2, and shortened mean duration and increased frequency and prolonged total time of REM. The results are in accordance with the related references. Conclusion Gender and weight of experimental animals influence to some extent the results of recording and analyzing the sleep EEG of rats.
