类癌是神经内分泌肿瘤中最常见的一种类型。由于类癌可以分泌5-羟色胺，导致类癌综合征，通常表现为面部潮红（图1）、腹泻。但大多数类癌都是无症状的。
Carcinoid tumours are the most common type of neuroendocrine tumour.They may release hormones such as serotonin ,thereby causing carcinoid syndrome ,which commonly presents with symptoms such as flushing（Figure 1）and diarrhoea,However,most carcinoid tumours are asymptomatic.
