摘要
利用自粉煤灰中分离提取的粒径>44μm、表观密度>1.0g·cm-3的厚壁空心微珠为主要原料,加入适量的高铝水泥和聚合铝为粘结剂生产的不烧粉煤灰微珠隔热砖,具有热导率低,加热永久线变化率低,抗热震性好等特点,完全可用作热工窑炉的隔热材料,降低了隔热制品的成本,进一步扩大了粉煤灰的应用领域。
The unfired insulating microsphere brick is produced by using hollow and thick-wall fly ash microspheres with size more than 44 μm and apparent density more than 1.0 g · cm^ -3 as main material,and adding high alumina cement and polymeric aluminum as binders. The brick is characterized by low thermal conductivity, low reheating linear change and high thermal shock resistance. As insulating material, it can be suitably applied to all kinds of thermotechnical furnaces ,which decreases the production cost and meanwhile enlarges the application field of fly ash.
