摘要
研究了不同定型剂含量、纤维体积分数的三种织物的毛细作用,运用达西定理由非线性回归法得到了纤维织物的毛细压力和渗透率的解析值。并由实验结果分析了定型剂含量、纤维体积分数对不同种类织物的浸润的影响规律。研究结果表明:织物的毛细渗透速度主要是由毛细压力决定;在本实验范围内渗透率随Vf的增加而线性下降,而毛细压力和渗透速度随Vf的增加呈现了一个先减小后增大的过程;定型剂的加入使织物的毛细压力减小,使SW280和3186两种缎纹布渗透率略有减小而G827单向布的渗透率增大。
The capillary experiments of three different kinds of fabrics with different tackifier contents and volume fraction of fibers (Vf) were conducted. The analytical values of capillary pressure and fiber permeability were estimated by non-linear regression method based on Darcy's law. The effects of the tackifier and Vf on the wicking performance in these three different kinds of fabrics were investigated from the experimental data. The experimental data suggest that the permeating rate is mainly decided by capillary pressure, the permeability of these three kinds of fabrics decreased linearly with Vf in this experimental range of Vf, the permeating rate and capillary pressure decreased with the increase of Vf before Vfc but increased with the increase of Vf after Vfc ; the introduction of tackifier reduced the capillary pressure of fabrics but its effect on permeability depends on the architectures of fabrics.
