摘要
目的介绍一种自行研制的锁骨带锁髓内钉,并对其进行生物力学评价。方法采用研制的带锁髓内钉固定锁骨骨折。用18具新鲜尸体36条锁骨,分成两组。人工造成锁骨骨折,比较带锁髓内钉与普通克氏针固定后,两者的抗拉伸、抗弯曲,以及抗旋转强度。结果与对照组相比,带锁髓内钉固定锁骨骨折抗弯曲强度无显著差异,两者无统计学意义(P=0.3419);抗拉伸、抗旋转强度明显增强,统计学结果有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论锁骨带锁髓内钉设计独特,具有良好的抗拉伸、抗弯曲,以及抗旋转能力,能够进一步应用于临床。
Objective To introduce the structure of clavicle intrameduUary interlocking nail and evaluate its biomechanics properties. Methods The clavicles of 18 fresh cadavers (36 sides) were broken and divided into two groups. Clavicle fractures were fixed with the developed intramedullary interlocking nails. After fixation with intrameduUary interlocking nails and Kirschner wires respectively, the anti- stretching, anti - bending and anti - rotation of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in anti - bending between the two groups (P = 0. 3419). Compared with Kirschner wire, the interlocking nail group showed better anti - stretching and anti - rotation properties with the significant difference ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The clavicle intramedullary interlocking nail with special design has good anti - stretching, anti - bending and anti - rotation properties and can be put into clinical use.
