The Influence of Distribution of Higher Educational Resources on Running Higher Education Institutions

当前我国高等学校普遍追求“大而全”和办学层次的“升格”,其实质就是办学资源的竞争。高等教育资源的配置方式以及政府政策导向中存在的诸多问题是引起这一现象的主要原因。政府应正确发挥在高等教育资源配置中的作用,促进高校准确定位和高等教育的良性发展。

Recently, the higher education institutions in our country prevailingly pursuit ＂big, full-scale and advancement＂. The essence of this behavior is to scramble for educational resources. There are some problems in arrangements and government＇ s policies on distribution of higher educational resources, which ultimately result in the phenomenon just mentioned. Government should take some proper actions on distributing higher educational resources, advancing the correct orientation of higher education institutions and the healthy development of higher education.
