摘要
当前,我国创新型人才严重缺乏,主要原因有中学应试教育的惯性影响、高校缺乏办学特色和个性化的人才培养模式、高等教育经费投入不足和使用不合理以及当前高校教师学术评价标准的弊端等。解决办法是政府、企业、大学、社会的合作:要重新定位政府角色;社会要积极参与高校办学;改进高校人才培养模式。
The creative talent in our country is not enough at present. The reasons are the influence of examining teaching's inertia in senior school, the lack of distinguishing and the lack of development model for personality talent, the funds put into higher education is not enough and its unreasonable use, the irregularity of academic evaluation standard for college teachers, and so on. The way to settle these problems is the cooperation of government, business enterprise, university and society: the government' s role must be relocated, the society should participate in running universities, and universities should improve the talent development model.
