由欧洲家具联盟（European Furniture Federation．UEA）与西班牙有关家具机构联合主办的首届世界家具大会（World Furniture Congress）于5月23日至25日在西班牙帕尔玛市（Palma，Majorca）近郊的巴利阿里大学举行。本届大会还得到了当地政府的大力支持。
