文说——一个还原中国古代的命名

Wen Shuo-A Return Name to Ancient China

中国古代蕴藏了大量的有关文学的言说和著述,自20世纪20年代以来学术界对它的命名就从没间断过。主要命名有“中国文学批评”、“文学理论批评”、“文学理论”、“诗学”、“文论”,可都有不足。相比较于这些外来的和现代的语汇,“文说”倒是历史的还原,它能准确地体现“中国”、“古代”说文的思维方式和表述形态,使中国古代“文说”与现代“文论”的差异和西方“诗学”的区别从名称上就可体现出来。

In ancient China there were a large number of articles and works about literature, to which many names have been given since the 1920＇s, including ＂Chinese literary criticism＂ ,＂criticism of literary , ＂ But up tonow no final conclusion has yet theory , theory of hterature ,poettcs and ＂theory of wen ~ been reached. Compared with these foreign or modern terms, the name of ＂ Wen Shuo＂ returns to,its original history. It can exactly reflect the way of thinking and the form of expression on literature in ancient China, From the names, we can aware that ＂Wen Shou＂ in ancient China is different from modern ＂theory of literature＂ and west ＂poetics＂.
