摘要
从电视传媒的产业属性、西部的区位优势、国家的政策环境诸方面论证了欠发达区域电视传媒经济超常发展的可能性,并提出了“确立正确的发展路径,实施科学的定位战略,善于运用各类文化资源,各种市场经营手段,尽可能地综合发挥相对优势”的具体举措。
This text demonstrated possibility that economy develop above average of the TV media in the undeveloped regional from the industry attribute, western position advantage, policy environment of country. This text have proposed some countermeasure include "establishes the correct development route, implement scientific localization stratagem, using all kinds of culture resources, various kinds of market management means" etc.
