摘要
目前2500t/d熟料生产线的生料粉磨大多采用了高产、低耗的立磨系统,但立磨的振动问题已成为影响这一系统稳定高效运行的关键。根据天瑞集团汝州公司Atox-50立磨的运行实践,对引起立磨振动的工艺、机械和控制因素进行了逐一探讨;尤其对工艺因素(物料特性、差压、风温、研磨压力等)进行了重点分析总结。在此基础上,介绍了控制立磨振动的操作技术,包括喂料操作和入磨物料粒度控制措施,料层厚度和研磨压力调整技术,温度和差压控制措施等。
Vertical mill system has the characteristic of high output, low consumption and little pollution to the environment, and so it is adopted in most of raw material grinding systems of 2500 t/d clinker production line, but vibration problem of the vertical mill has been the key factor to affect its stable and high efficiency running. Based on the operation experience of Atox-50 vertical mill of Tianrui Group Ruzhou Company, dissucssed one by one the factors that caused vibration as process factor, mechanical factor and control factor, especially for the process factors like material characteristic, differential pressure, air temperature and grinding pressure. Then operation technology to control the vibration was introduced including controlling particle size and layer thickness of the inlet material, adjustment of the grinding pressure arid the temperature and differential pressure control measure.
