Analysis of the Factors that Cause a Weakened Social Control Function of the Traditional Spiritual Culture of Ethnic Groups with Small Population in Yunnan Province

传统精神文化在传统社会控制中重要作用的发挥主要与三个因素相关:传统社会控制模式与传统精神文化共同存在的血缘特性、政权与神权相结合的社会控制模式以及传统精神文化在传统社会中的规范作用。随着传统社会控制模式向现代法理秩序为主导兼有传统礼俗、法文化的多元社会控制模式的转变,传统精神文化的社会功能明显弱化。

There are three factors that influence traditional spiritual culture functioning in traditional social controlling： consanguinity characteristics of the coexistence of traditional social controlling model and traditional spiritual culture, the combination of regime and the power of divinity and the role of the traditional spiritual euhure in the traditional society. With the changing from traditional social controlling model to a modem legal model with multi-social control of traditional etiquette and custom and the culture of law, the social function of traditional spiritual culture is weakening.
