前列腺素E_1与弥可保联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察前列腺素E1(PGE1)与弥可保联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:选用一般情况具有可比性的糖尿病周围神经病变患者,将其随机分成两组,治疗组22例,对照组18例,治疗组用PGE1100U加生理盐水500mL静滴,1次/d,同时应用弥可保500μg,肌肉注射,1次/d,连续2周。对照组应用弥可保500μg,肌肉注射,1次/d,连续2周。结果:治疗14d后两组评分较前明显下降,但以治疗组下降显著,治疗后两组平均评分有显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论:表明前列腺素E1(PGE1)与弥可保联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变安全有效,使糖尿病周围神经病变患者临床症状显著改善。 Objective: To state the clinical efficacy of prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) and methycobal on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: Two groups of patients who had diabetic peripheral neuropathy with comparative conditions were randomly divided into a therapeutic group (22 cases) and a control group (18 cases). The patients of the therapeutic group were given PGE1 100U dissolved in 0.9% natrii chloridi 500mL once a day intravenously, and given methycobal 500μg once a day intramuscular, and in the control group were given methycobal 500μg once a day intramuscular. Two groups of patients all had 14days one course of treatment. Rusults: The comparison of two groups descent more distinct than before 14 days treatment, but the therapeutic group was more great, the average comparison of two groups had great distinct difference (P 〈 0.01) after treatment. Conclusion: The therapeutic effects in the treatment of PGE1 and methycobal on diabetic peripheral neuropathy is obvious. The clinical symptoms are singnificantly improved in the patients of the therapeutic group.
