摘要
应用构造动力学理论和原理,分析了南海南部自晚中生代以来的构造应力场特征与构造演化。认为南海南部总体上处于南北向挤压应力场中,其构造演化可分为4个阶段,其中,众多沉积盆地及其主要构造主要形成于2—3阶段(渐新世-中新世)。
On the basis of the fault systems and regional geological features, this paper analyses the characteristics of the tectonic stress field and tectonic evolution since late Mesozoic in the south of South China Sea, by using the principle of dynamic geology. The overall tectonic stress field is a compressive stress in N-S direction. It may be divided into four tectonic evolution processes in the south of South China Sea.
