寒冷对大鼠血浆及脑匀浆内皮素含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨寒冷刺激后,大鼠血浆及脑匀浆内皮素变化。方法24只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、-20℃2h组和-20℃4h组3组,实验组大鼠置于-20℃冰箱中2和4h后,抽血,断头取脑,制成匀浆,采用放免法测定血浆及脑匀浆内皮素含量,并与常温对照组比较。结果寒冷刺激后血浆内皮素明显增高,-20℃4h组较-20℃2h组明显增高(P<0.01);-20℃组脑匀浆内皮素含量略有增高,但与正常对照组相比,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论寒冷应激可引起血浆内皮素明显增高,与人体损害有关,但脑组织中内皮素并不增高,寒冷应激对脑损害的机制有待进一步研究。 [Objective] To investigate the changes of endothelin in rat's plasma and brain tissue after coldstress. [Methods] 24 rats were divided into 3 groups randomly: normal control group, -20℃2 h group and -20℃4 h group. The later two groups were stayed in icebox (-20℃) for 2 hours and 4 hours, then blood samples and brain tissue were collected immediately after cold-stress. The endothelin level in plasma and brain tissue were measured by immunoradioassay. [Resaults] The level of plasma endothelin in -20℃4 h group was higher siginificanfly than that in normal control group (P 〈0.01); but the level of it in brain tissue was mild higher than that of normal control group; but without statistical value. [Conclusion] Cold stress induces the plasma level of endothelin increased but it has no statistical value in brain tissue.
