小肠双重对比造影对小肠原发性肿瘤的诊断价值及其临床意义

Diagnostic and clinical significance of double contrast radiography in treating primary tumors of small intestine

目的探讨并评价小肠双重对比造影对小肠原发性肿瘤的诊断价值及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析了19例原发性小肠肿瘤的临床资料及造影表现。结果小肠腺癌7例,平滑肌瘤及平滑肌肉瘤5例,淋巴瘤4例,腺瘤1例,Peutz-Jeghers综合征1例,血管瘤1例。主要X线表现为:充盈缺损;龛影;肠腔狭窄;肠壁僵硬、黏膜破坏;肠腔大小及蠕动的改变。结论小肠双重对比造影对小肠原发性肿瘤的诊断具有重要价值,是目前检查小肠原发性肿瘤最常用的方法之一。

[Objective] To discuss and evaluate the diagnostic and clinical significance of double contrast radiography in treating primary tumors of small intestine. [Methods] Clinical data and radiographic finding of 19 cases, who suffered from small bowel primary tumors, were analyzed retrospectively, [Results] Among 19 patients, radiographic types were as follows ： 7 cases of adenocarcinoma; 5 cases of leiomyoma and leimyosarcoma; 4 cases of lymphoma; 1 case of adenoma; 1 case of Peutz-Jeghers syndrom; 1 case of hemoangioma. The main radiography appearances includ： filhng defects, niche, lumen stenosis, stiff of the bowel wall and mucosa injury, intestinal lumen changes in size and peristalsis. [Conclusion] Double contrast radiography is valuable for diagnosis of primary tumors of small bowel. It is one of the most common useful diagnostic methods of primary tumors of the small bowel.
