试论当前大学生就业中的诚信问题

On honesty problems in college graduates' getting employed

大学生就业难目前已成为不争的事实,部分高校毕业生在就业中出现了一系列诚信方面的问题。为此,人才市场应加大自身规范的调节力度,用人单位应完善聘用制度,高校应加强对学生的诚信教育,大学生应提高自身的谋业素质,全社会应努力构建社会诚信监督体系,通过各方面的共同努力来解决大学生就业中存在的诚信问题,逐步建立起良好的大学生就业环境。

It has become an undisputable problem at present that it is difficuh for college graduates to get employed and graduates from some colleges show a series of honesty problems in finding jobs. Job markets should strengthen their regulative force to keep .their standards; employers should perfect their employment systems;colleges should intensify honesty education on students; college students should improve their qualities for employment ; the society as a whole should try to construct a supervising system of honesty. Through all these efforts, we can solve the honesty problems in college graduates employment and gradually build up a healthy employment environment for college graduates.
