摘要
介绍了以2-氯烟酸为起始原料,经过制备二甲基烟酰胺、磺酰胺以及酯化、缩合等7步反应合成烟嘧黄隆的工艺路线,总收率46.70%(以2-氯烟酸计),原药含量96%。
With the starting material of 2-chloropyridine-3-carboxylic acid, nicosulfuron was synthesized by seven steps including amidization, esterification, condensation and so on. Its total yield was 46.70% (caculated as 2-chloropyridine-3- carboxylic acid) and the purity of product was 96%.
