摘要
目的 评价双极人工股骨头置换治疗80岁以上超高龄股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法 手术切除股骨头，清除髋臼内软组织，安装大小、长度相适宜的双极人工股骨头。结果 术后随访1～8年，按Harris评分标准：优28例，良7例，可2例，差0例，总优良率94．6％。结论 双极人工股骨头置换术治疗超高龄股骨颈骨折是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of bipolar artificial femoral head replacement in treatment of femoral neck fracture in elder patients over eighty years. Methods Cut off the femoral head, Clean the soft tissue in the acetabulum. Fix the suitable bipolar artificial femoral head. Results After the following - up of 1 - 8 years. According the Harris standard, The result was excellent in 28 eases, Good in 7, Fair in 2 and bad in 0. The excellent and good rate was 94.6%. Conclusion Bipolar artificial femoral head replacement is an effective therapy for Super- eider femoral neck fracture.
