腰麻—硬膜外联合阻滞在老年人手术中的应用

Application of Lumbar Epidural Combined Anesthesia in Senile Operation

目的 观察腰麻-硬膜外联合阻滞在老年人手术中应用的可行性。方法 随机选择30例病人。ASAⅠ～Ⅲ级。年龄60～80岁。行腰麻-硬膜外联合阻滞。结果 镇痛完善无牵拉痛者占83．3％，有牵拉痛需辅助用药者占16．7％，血压下降占10％。结论 腰麻-硬膜外联合阻滞在老年病人中可用，但要注意选择适应证。

Objective To observe the feasibility of application of lumbar epidural combined anesthesia in senile operation. Methods 30 cases of ASAⅠ～Ⅲ patient aging 60 ～ 80 years old were selected randomly and taken lunbar and epidural anesthesia. Results The good analgesia without dragging pain was 83.3 %. The aiding drug was used in 16,7 %, The blood presssure decreased in 10%. Conclusion The combination of lumbar and epidural anesthesia could be used in senile patient with defined indication.
