摘要
目的探讨超声引导下腹腔诊断性穿刺的临床应用价值。方法搜集并整理72例进行超声引导下腹腔诊断性穿刺的急腹症病人的资料,穿刺液经肉眼观察分析后送实验室检验。结果72例患者穿刺均获得成功,穿刺阳性率100%。结论超声引导下腹腔诊断性穿刺,是一种安全、简便、可靠、有效的诊断方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound - guide abdominal diagnosis puncture. Methods A total of 72 patients with clinically suspected acute abdomen in this clinical study. The puncture fluid were prospectively examined with nute- eyes before clinical experiment. Results Puncture were successful in all 72 patients, the successive rate are 100%. Conclusion ultrasound - guide abdominal diagnosis puncture is a simple, secure, reliable and effective diagnosis method for clinical to diagnosis acute abdomen.
