目的 总结高频电刀切除直肠大息肉的经验。方法 对2003—08～2005—08我院确诊的直肠大息肉72例患者进行高频电刀切除。结果 56例1次性切除成功，16例经3～5次套切后全部成功切除。结论 高频电刀切除直肠大息肉效果好，可以推广。
