放化疗治疗食管癌20例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Radio-chemotherapy of Esophageal Carcinoma

目的探讨靶动脉灌注化疗加放疗对不能手术的食管癌的治疗效果。方法对20例不能手术的食管癌进行靶动脉灌注化疗加放疗夹心法治疗。结果显效为16例,显效率80%;有效为19例,有效率95%;无效为1例,无效率5%。结论靶动脉灌注化疗、放疗治疗中晚期食管癌效果显著,此法可作为一项重要的非手术治疗方案。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of the conservative therapy of esophageal carcinoma with target artery chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Methods 20 cases who could not be treated operatively were treated with this method. Results The excellent rate was 80% （16 cases） and effective rate was 95% （19 eases） . 1 case had no effect. Conclusion The target artery chemotherapy and radiotherapy might be effective for middle and late stage patient of esophageal carcinoma that could be non - operative method.
