十一届三中全会以来我国农村体育发展的回顾与展望

An Overview and Prospective of the Development of Rural Sport Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee in China

通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法和社会学等方法回顾和分析了党的十一届三中全会以来我国农村体育的发展策略、取得的成就、面临的困境等方面,旨在理性分析我国农村体育的发展现状和怎样构建能够保障广大农村享有基本的体育服务的全民健身体质。

Rural sport is the key point and the difficult point of the sport for all in China. It becomes the important task of the work of the sport for all of the General Administration of Sport in 2004. By having a full look on the development of rural sport since the third plenary session of the eleventh central committee in China and on it＇s current condition, some suggestions are made to provide reference for the future development of rural sport, for instance, to develop small town sport, folk sport and sport for peasants among city, etc.
