Under the background of building up a new countryside ,the top ten problems in urbanization for the middle area which should be settled urgently are as follows： first ,we should transfer the abundant labor forces and solve the peasant worker problem;second, pay more attention to the infrastructure so as to solve the problem of the people＇s livelihood;third,set up regional economy management system in order to solve the administrative division into distinct; fourth, discover regional culture for the town＇ s persistent competitiveness ; fifth,work in a more efficient way and lower the cost and, improve the soft environment where the private economy is operating in;sixth,strengthen transfer payment so as to dispose of the operation cost in the villages and towns;seventh, adopt preferential policies,so as to appeal and further pool talents ;eighth,smooth the town＇s management system,settle the policy friction among departments;nineth,arrange new domicile management regime to change the present dual structure between towns and villages;last,innovate in investment and financing management so as to solve the problem of deficiency in funds.
