加强会计职业后续教育的思考

On Strengthening the Further Education of Auountants

会计后续教育是提高会计人员素质,提高会计核算水平的重要手段,对确保会计信息的质量有重要意义。目前各地开展的会计后续教育还存在着形式单一,方法和手段滞后,成效不显著的问题,因此,会计后续教育应在因人施教、优化培训内容、采用多样化的教育形式、提高教师素质等几个方面有所创新和突破。

The continuous eduction of accountants is the essencial means to inprove the ability of checking. It is so significant to maintain the qulity of accounting information. For the time being, so many problems remain with the continuous education of accountant,induding dry in form,out-dated means and approaches,little effect etc. Therefore we should made some innovations and break through in the follouing aspects：tutoring every individual accordingly upgrading the training contant, employing the diversity of education in format,improving the teachers quality.
