贯彻军事训练和国防教育并举的方针,摆正军事训练与国防教育的工作关系,坚持军事训练是手段,育人是目的,把军事训练的过程作为育人的过程,不断加大国防教育的工作力度,不仅推动了训练工作,保证了军训的效果,而且较好地发挥了军事训练的综合教育作用,为全面提高大学生的综合素质打下了基础,实现了军事训练育人的目的。

To imp;ementthe policy of militray training and the education of national defense at the same tlme;to put the relationship between military training and national defense on the right place,to hold military training is means not aim tto treat the process of militaty training as an educational process and to strengthen the education of national defense consistently not only push military training forwad and guarantee it＇s effect, but play the comprehensive, educational part of militrty training,build the foundation for improving the comprehensive quality of university students, achieve the aim of education by military training.
