The Revolutionary Tactics of Chinese Alliance Concerning Founding the Republic

百年前,中国近代第一个资产阶级革命政党——中国同盟会,在孙中山、黄兴主持下,为实现“建立民国”纲领,制定了《革命方略》,规定了武装反清夺权、创建民国的总方针与政策、民国的国家制度、法律制度、财政制度与对外宣言。它既是成功创建民国的战略指导思想,也是民国民主与法制建设的基本方针。

One hundred years ago, in order to carry out the program of ＂founding the Republic＂, Chinese Alliance, the first bourgeois revolutionary party in modern China, headed by Sun Yet-sen and Huang Xing, stipulated the ＂Revolutionary Tactics＂, which maps out the general tactics and policy of seizing the state power from the Qing Regime through armed struggle, works out the system of the state, law and finance and constitutes the external declaration. It is both the guiding principle of tactics to the successful foundation of the Republic and its basic principle concerning democracy and legal construction.
