摘要
目的探讨低场强MRI对于脑内出血的T1、T2加权像(T1、T2WI)的信号价值。方法用0.2T西门子ConcertoMRI机,SE序列T1WI TR/TE=286/9ms、TSE序列T2WI TR/TE=3540/120ms。结果在脑内出血的不同时间阶段T1WI、T2WI分别表现信号不同。结论低场强MRI对脑内出血的诊断颇有一定价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value on intracerebral hemorrhage in T1 and T2-weighted MRI of low Tesla. Methods Intracerebral hemorrhages were demonstrated by Siemens Concerto 0.2 T MRI. SE sequence, TR/TE: T1WI=286/9 ms; TSE sequence, TR/TE: T2WI=3540/120 ms. Results Signals of T1WI and T2WI were various in the different periods of intracerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion The low Tesla (0.2 T) MRI played an important role in revealing various stages of intracerebral hemorrhage.
