新生儿黄疸时血清总胆汁酸浓度的变化研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨新生儿生理性及病理性黄疸时胆汁淤积情况。方法采用循环酶速率法检测对照组37例,生理性黄疸组36例,病理性黄疸组156例血清总胆汁酸(TBA)的水平。结果对照组TBA低于病理性黄疸组,差异有显著性(P<0.01),而对照组TBA与生理性黄疸组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论病理性黄疸患儿可能存在胆汁淤积。 Objective To study the cholestasis in neonates with pathologic jaundice or physiologic jaundice. Methods The levels of total bile acid (TBA) were measured in the control group (37 cases), in the group of physiologic jaundice (36 cases), and in the group of pathologic jaundice (156 cases). Results The level of TBA in the control group was lower than in the pathologic jaundice group. The difference was significant (P 〈 0.01). There existed no statistical significance between the levels of TBA of the control group and the physiologic group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Cholestasis probably exists in neonates with pathologic jaundice.
