摘要
目的研究溴敌隆麦米毒饵杀鼠效果。方法现场试验测定溴敌隆麦米毒饵的接受性和杀灭效果。结果现场试验中家鼠对溴敌隆麦米毒饵的消耗率为51.39%,灭鼠效果为84.89%。结论溴敌隆麦米毒饵对家鼠有良好的适口性和杀灭效果,有推广应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the palatability of Bromadiolone to rodent and efficacy against rodent. Methods Testing in field. Results The rodent liked to eat the Bromadiolone baits in the field, the feeding rate was 51.39%. The elimination rate was 84. 89% in killing rodent test. Conclusion The Bromadiolone baits had good palatability to rodent and efficacy against rodent. It should be generalized.
