对中外联合办学项目中学生管理工作的思考

中外联合办学是适应当今高等教育发展要求和加强国际教育交流与合作的基本形式,其中做好对学生的管理工作将是实现双方办学目的的关键。以英国斯泰福厦大学与中国成都理工大学教育合作项目为例,针对传统学生管理工作模式的弊端,办学双方成立了由学生秘书、专职辅导员和学生支持导师组成的特色学生管理工作小组,实施新的学籍管理制度,实现了专业教师和管理工作人员、学生专业学习和日常管理的充分结合,走出了一条极具借鉴意义的特色办学之路。

The conjunctive education between two countries is basic form to suit for developing demand of higher education and strengthen international communication and cooperation. The key to achieve success is the work of student administration. Aiming at the shortcomings of old student administration system, both sides form the working team including student secretary, class director and student support director in the International Foundation Program that Staffordshlre University is delivered at the campus of Chengdu University of Technology, implement new student status management system, realize the better cooperation among student secretary, class director and student support director and break a new path for special conjunctive education between two countries.
