摘要
本文从人力资源管理的角度,阐述了目前高校人事管理工作存在的问题和新时期知识经济条件下,用人力资源管理的理念指导、革新高校人事管理工作的必要性和对策。
From the perspective of human resource management, this paper analyzes the problems of present personnel management in China＇s colleges and universities, discusses the necessity of and proposes some strategies for the reformation of personnel management in such higher education institutes, with the concept of human resource management as the guidance in the new era of a market economy.
