技术跨越概念与标志界定研究

Research of the technological leapfrogging conception and its symbol definition

本文在总结分析前人对技术跨越概念研究基础上,运用科学研究中的种差界定方法,对技术跨越进行了严格的概念界定,给出了包含技术跨越主体、目标、行为特征、结果标志的技术跨越定义。并以自主技术创新能力为关键指标,建立了可以量化判定的技术跨越标志的指标体系。本文研究结果对技术跨越理论研究及标准判定、技术跨越战略制定与实施操作具有一定的参考价值。

Based on the conclusions and analyses about technological leapfrogging made by the former researchers, this paper makes the strict concept bounding of technological leapfrogging and defines the technological leapfrogging including the main body of technological leapfrogging, objectives, behavior characteristic and result symbols through the differentia bounding methodology in the scientific research. It founds an index system which can determine the symbol of technological leapfrogging with the key index for the capability of self technological innovation. The research conclusion of this paper would make meaningful contribution to the theoretical researching, criterion determining, the establishing and implementing of stratagem in the technological leapfrogging.
