摘要 膜法富氧助燃技术是最新节能环保技术,可用于油田的锅炉、加热炉、热媒炉和注汽炉等,不仅能使燃料充分燃烧,提高热量有效利用率,降低空气过剩系数和燃料消耗,减少热量损失,而且还能延长设备的使用寿命,减少烟尘和粉尘的排放,有利于环境保护。膜法富氧助燃节能装置具有投资少、回收快、设备简单、流程短、操作简单等特点,节能效果显著。文章介绍膜法富氧助燃技术用于节能和治理污染的机理、工艺流程、技术改造要点及在油田锅炉、加热炉、热煤炉和注汽炉等方面的应用情况。 Membrane technology for oxygen-enrichment combustion-assistance is a ultramodern technology of energy-saving and environmental protection, which can be used in boilers, reheating furnaces, heat-medium heaters and steam injection boilers, and so on, in oilfields. Not only it enables fuel to be sufficiently combusted increasing the heat utilization rate and reducing the air surplus coefficient, but also prolongs the service life of equipment, reduces smoke and dust emission, therefore benefits environmental protection. The device applying membrane technology for oxygen enrichment combustion-assistance has many advantages such as small investment with fast return, simple structure, short process flow and easy operation, and significant energy-saving effectiveness as well. This article introduces the mechanism of the technique for energy-saving and environmental protection, the technical process flow, key points of technical renovation and typical application examples in oilfield.
