摘要
将国产WH610D2铜板与日本SPV490Q钢板进行了对比,介绍了国产WH610D2锕板的性能、现场焊接工艺及热处理工艺,通过在中油黄岛燃料油中转库扩建工程10万m3储油罐中应用表明,国产WH610D2钢板在施工性能上与日本SPV490Q钢板已基本相同,甚至某些性能还较日本钢有更大的优越性,采用国产WH610D2钢板可节约总投资30%。
Comparison between WH610D2 steel plates made in China and SPV490Q steel plates made in Japan are performed. The property of WH610D2 steel plates as well as their in-situ welding process and heat treatment process are illustrated. The application of WH610D2 steel plates in the 10×104m3 storage tank construction of CNPC Huandao Fuel Oil Transfer Depot extending project shows that the constructional properties of WH610D2 are basically identical to SPV490Q, some properties are even better than SPV490Q. Utilizing WH610D2 steel plates can save 30% of total investment.
