摘要
目的:探讨应用SLS法定制钛植入体修复下颌骨缺损的可行性。方法:通过螺旋CT图像重建人下颌骨三维数据并制作单侧骨缺损模型,采用健侧数据镜像反转方法获得修复缺损的植入体CAD数据模型,用SLS法将CAD数据转换成蜡模,经失蜡铸造制作纯钛植入体,通过定点测量比较植入体与CAD模型的几何差异。结果:所制作的钛植入体形态自然,尺寸精度高。结论:应用SLS法定制修复下颌骨缺损的植入体精度高,耗时短,是一种很有前景的个性化修复下颌骨缺损的方法。
Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of individual reconstruction of mandibular bone defects by Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) . Method:A 3D digital model of the human mandibula was reconstruct by spiral CT and MIMICS 7.10, then the 3D digital model of the mandibular defects was built by Software Surfacer 10.5, and the CAD model of repairing the defects was acquired by mirror duplication of the healthy side data. Wax mold was made from the CAD model by SIS ways, which was invested and cast to titanium frameworks, it was contrasted to the original CAD model. Result: The titanium framework was alike in shape, structure and size to the CAD models, the accuracy can meet with maxillofacial demands. Conclusion: SLS way combining with titanium casting can be used to reconstruct human mandibular hone defects individually.
