摘要
对聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)薄膜的加工工艺进行了研究,探讨了不同种类及不同用量的增塑剂对PVB树脂加工工艺及性能的影响;并对增塑剂与树脂的相容性进行了比较。结果表明,极性较高的增塑剂与PVB树脂的相容性较好;挤出PVB膜片时,控制机头的温度在130~140℃之间,可得到表面有花纹的片材。选择适当的增塑剂,薄膜的拉伸强度可以达到35MPa,断裂伸长率可以超过200%,比较适合做夹层安全玻璃用的中间膜。
The processing technology of PVB film or sheet was studied, the effects of the variety and content of plasticizers on the processing technology and property of PVB resin were explored, and comparisons of compatibility between plasticizers and resin were made. The result showed that plasticizer with high polarity had good compatibility with have a PVB resin. When the temperature of extrusion die was controlled to be 130 - 140 ℃, the PVB sheet would roughness surface. When suitable plasticizer was used, the tensile strength of the PVB film could reach up to 35 MPa and the elongation at break could be over 200%, meeting the requirement of laminated safety glass.
