水镁石基复合阻燃剂制备工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用化学复合法制备出水镁石基复合阻燃剂,通过正交试验法分析了制备工艺的主要影响因素,确定了最佳工艺条件。结果表明,与目前普遍采用的机械混合相比,此工艺能更好地实现阻燃剂间的均匀分散,发挥阻燃剂的协同效应;用水镁石基阻燃剂填充的EVA材料,氧指数可达41.8%,拉伸强度达13.4MPa,断裂伸长率达193%,较表面未包覆的水镁石及水镁石与氧化锌机械混合样的应用性能都有显著提高。 Brucite matrix composite flame retardant was prepared by means of chemical compounding and the major influence factors of the preparation were determined by means of orthogonal experiment. Compared to common mechanical mixing widely used at present, the chemical compounding could make the flame-retardants uniformly dispersed and resulted in synergistic action of flame-retardants. The EVA product filled with the brucite matrix composite flame retardant had an oxygen index of 41.8%, tensile strength of 13.4 MPa, and elongation at break of 193 % ; compared with uncoated brucite and the physical mixture of burcite with zinc oxide, the applied properties of the brucite matrix composite flame retardant were improved obviously.
