摘要
通过对粘合剂的选择、加工工艺、设备、油箱结构等方面分析了影响多层共挤油箱粘合强度的诸多因素。着重介绍了汽车多层共挤油箱在燃油浸泡及外界恶劣气候条件下粘合强度的老化性能,并由此设计了一种方法来有效检测其粘合强度随燃油浸泡而逐渐降低的变化情况。同时,强调了多层共挤油箱在使用过程中仍能保持高粘结强度的重要性。
The factors terms of adhesive selection, affecting the adhesive strength of co-extroded muhi-layer fuel tank were analyzed in processing parameters, production line and the structure of fuel tank, putting stress on the effects of the immersion by fuel oil and the attack by vile weather on the adhesive strength and aging property of the fuel tank. One method was designed to measure the decrease of the adhesive strength of the fuel tank during the service. Emphasis was placed on the importance to keep high adhesive strength for the fuel tank during the service.
