摘要
研究了PC制品在注塑成型、整形后处理过程中的形变影响因素。结果表明:保压压力和时间的降低有利于改善PC制品的正弓形变量;模温110℃下出模整形可以解决PC制品的正弓形变量,在此基础上整形10min可以达到反弓形变量0.3~1mm的装配和使用要求。
The change of PC products during injection and training processes was studied. The results showed that with the decrease of the holding pressure and time, the positive bow-shaped distortion was weakened. The problems of the distortion could be resolved by means of training at mould temperature 110℃, and the PC products, the distortion of which was 0.3 to 1 mm in opposition distortion direction by training at 110℃ for 10 min, could be prepared.
