摘要 根据弹簧的加工和成型要求,设计用于自动卷簧机的四轴联动数控系统。该系统采用工业控制计算机通过前台程序完成各轴实时插补控制,并结合自行开发研制的具有特殊功能的接口板,控制伺服电机及其驱动器完成机床的半闭环位置控制;同时通过后台程序完成人机交互等管理功能。由于整个数控系统实时和非实时任务均采用软件完成,从而大大简化了系统的硬件设计,并有效地降低了系统的成本。 According to the manufacturing and forming requirements of spring, a four axes coordinated NC system was designed for the spring coiling machine. Using industry personal computer, the real - time interpolation control function of each axes was realized by the foreground application. And combining with the special interface board which was developed by ourselves, the system can make servo mechanism to fulfill the half closed loop position control. Simultaneously, the other manage functions, such as man - machine conversation, were carried out on the background. Because the real - time task and non real - time task of the whole NC system can be accomplished by the software, the design of system hardware was simplified. As a result, the cost of the system was reduced efficiently.
