摘要
设计了一采油负载模拟系统,其根据抽油机悬点示功图信息,通过电液控制系统使加载液压缸复现抽油机在现场工作中的所受载荷情况,从而可以对抽油机的性能进行测试;建立了该负载模拟系统的数学模型,为动态特性分析以及系统的校正提供了依据。
The main contents of a load simulation system on oil extraction were described. The system controls the force output of hydraulic cylinder to imitate the load of pumping units during working. The data of force output are derived from indicator diagram and the system works by a suit of electro-hydraulic control equipment. With the load simulation system, a series of parameters of pumping units can be tested. The mathematic model of load simulation system was made. It is the basis for estimating the system dynamic characteristics and system emendation.
